Abstract

Abstract-In order to exert the advantages of biologic fluidized bed best and optimizing the working parameters of the fluidized bed, research has been done on the mass transfer dynamics of the biologic fluidized bed. It proved that the cylindrical fluidized bed had the best fluidization effect and low dissipation of energy. There is a linear growth relation between the aeration intensity and the ratio of the stuffing; the movement velocity of the stuffing increases significantly as the aeration quantity grows; the movement velocity of the stuffing falls as the ratio of the stuffing decreases. According to the influence that the ratio of the stuffing and the aeration quantity have on the oxygen transfer coefficient (KLa), oxygen transfer rate (dc/dt) and the oxygenation capacity (OC) of the reactor, considering the economical efficiency simultaneously, the conclusion is that the fluidized bed has the best fluidization effect and highest oxygen transfer ratio when the aeration quantity is 0.20m3/h and the stuffing ratio is 30%.
